English version 3.1 with East Coast of North America data compatible with the french
version 3.1
French version 3.1 with Europe and West Coast of Africa data compatible with the english
version 3.1
French version 2.2 a little more precise but only for North Spain, France, Belgium,
Netherlands, South England, Wales and Ireland
